My stay was lovely! The staff offered amazing service, accommodating all our requests. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially for the kids. The location is just perfect, conveniently situated near great food options. A must-visit for a safe and comfortable stay with clean facilities, making every moment enjoyable!

The room featured a huge tub that adds a nice touch for relaxation. The close proximity to restaurants offers plenty of dining options for varied tastes.

The hotel showed signs of age, with peeling furniture and holes in the walls making the space feel unkempt. The elevator was out of service during my stay, leading to an unpleasant trek up the stairs while lugging luggage. Common areas, including the corners of hallways, felt neglected with trash and crumbs, suggesting insufficient cleaning. Additionally, the beds posed a challenge for shorter individuals, as the height made getting in and out rather difficult, especially with the added discomfort of an uninviting bathroom environment.

We went for a family trip and stayed for 5 nights. The room was spacious and our kids loved it, especially the big comfortable bed. However, the pool was not as clean as we hoped, and we had some issues with housekeeping not coming in to clean regularly. The breakfast was decent, and the location was great for visiting nearby attractions.

The King Suite was huge and the bed was super comfy. The jacuzzi tub was a nice perk. Everything was clean and well-maintained, really made it feel welcoming. The only downside was the shower situation. it could use a bit more attention. Otherwise, the space was great for relaxing after a day out.

More options for senior-friendly amenities would be ideal.

i stayed here for one night and it was better than my previous visit in grapevine. the room exceeded my expectations with a huge comfortable bed and a nice jacuzzi tub. breakfast offered delicious options, especially the texas-shaped waffles that added a fun touch.

I had a restful night in a spacious suite with a comfy bed. Staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant—especially at check-in. Breakfast could use more variety, but the clean, cozy environment and easy access to local restaurants made up for it. If you're short, consider bringing a step stool!

Cozy and Clean Stay!

I stayed in a King Suite for 2 nights and it was super clean! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the big breakfast with waffles and fresh fruit. Only hiccup was the weird A/C motion sensor that kept shutting off. Took a while to figure it out, but once I did, all was good for my stay!

We loved the in-room spa tub which was such a nice treat after a long day, and the room had a great kitchenette for late-night snacks. The seasonal outdoor pool and cozy sun terrace were perfect for lounging around. Only downside was the shower pressure could've been better, but it didn’t ruin our fun. 😊
